Butterscotch Chocolate Cookies

Hey lovelies! 

It's been so rainy and wet outside I decided to stay home yesterday and do some fun baking. I was originally going to make some easy chocolate chip cookies. Plain and simple. Half way through mixing all the ingredients together (and snacking on the cookie dough a little...) I realized I didn't have enough chocolate chips so I decided to do half chocolate chips and half butterscotch chips. I also substituted corn starch for baking powder as an experiment I heard about on pinterest, apparently it makes cookies tasty more fluffy (sounds good to me)! 
These cookies were a perfect treat to make a rainy day a little more exciting.
